We have expert qualified butchers and Brett the owner/manager has been in the trade for over 35years.
We make all small goods such as, sausages, patties, saveloys, salamis, ham and bacon. We can offer any flavor you require plus gluten-free products.
The list of our most popular flavours are listed in our small good section. We can come to your home and slaughter your Sheep, pig, goat, etc or you can bring them to us at the farm kill as we have killing yards. We can only kill Beef on your property.

HB Farm Kill has been operating in Hawkes Bay since 2002,in that time we have expanded to offer our customers the best service that we can.
We have killing facilities available on site for Pigs, sheep, goats and alpacas.
We can only do cattle and larger animals on your property. We have our own truck and our slaughterman can come out to your property. You will find our slaughterman very friendly and professional.
